The English XVIII Century bass clef does not exist in MuseScore (as it appears in the hymnal). It will be formed from the inverted common time symbol.

What's the difference to the "f clef french" (see the image below from Jojo), available via master palette in MuseScore.
If I'm not wrong, all elements in MuseScore are based on Smufl. Do you find there the desired clef, which isn't available in MuseScore: https://w3c.github.io/smufl/latest/tables/clefs.html? If not, maybe discuss the topic also on Smufl.

If (and as long as) it is not in SMuFL, it won't be in MuseScore.

MuseScore honors the SMuFL spefication, which indeed does not define an English 18th century clef (https://www.w3.org/2019/03/smufl13/tables/clefs.html), but only a French one (which is included as per Jojo's screenshot).
Feel free to file a request with SMuFL to include the English 18th century clef into the specification, after which the reference font will be updated and a future MuseScore version might be able to include it as well.
[EDIT] triple reply :-D
