Please add the changes that all the accidentals do.
I have found a lot of accidentals that do nothing. Please finish these accidentals as it will let me actually use them. (such as the quarter step accidentals and the diesis tones)

I don't foresee this being implemented into Musescore proper anytime soon, but there is a plugin that you can use to set the tuning of each accidental you want used. You can download it here: https://musescore.org/en/project/accidental-tuner
You mean the microtonal accidentals I guess. Those indeed do nothing as far as playback is concerned, although internally they do have the information about what the expected offset should be. Just nothing that works on that information, unfortunately.
