How to remove the rests in the bass clef
When righting notes on the bass clef some rests notes remain on top of the tenor voice how do somebody removes them because they create a confusion when somebody is interpreting the music sheet

Use voice 1 for Tenor and 2 for Bass, not voice 3 and 4. See https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/voices

See above. Use Tools > Voices. Once done remove voice 3 and 4 rests.
Voice 1 rests cannot get removed

If you have a score where you've already entered the notes incorrectly - using voices 3 & 4 instead of 1 & 2 - you can fix the error by exchanging voices 1 & 3, then 2 & 4, using the commands in Tools / Voices. Then you can remove the rests from voices 3 & 4.
In the future, be sure not to use voices 3 & 4 unless necessary - after you've already filled up voices 1 & 2.
