Tremelo crowding accidentals

The default position for tremelos sometimes crowds notes with accidentals. See the example.
My preferred workaround is to move the tremelo symbol up or down to clear the accidental.
Horizontal repositioning does not seem to be available.
I did not find a way to stretch the distance between the two tremelo notes.
I read the help but didn't see any guidance.

Am I missing something?
