Open the attached score. Select the solitary grace note and check "Stemless" in the "Chord" section of the Inspector.

Expected result: The notehead stays in the same position.
Actual result: The notehead moves closer to the parent note.

This is presumably "by design", but, IMV, there may be a case for keeping the spacing as if the stem was visible: for example, stemless grace notes in parentheses are used to indicate prebends in guitar music.
