Auto-renew without e-mail reminder 30 days previously
I have recently been charged for auto-renewal of a subscription. However, I was not sent an e-mail 30 days previously, something that had expected to occur as part of in the Terms of Service:
"You will receive an email notice approximately 30 days prior to the Renewal Date. The notice will let you know that your current subscription term is about to end and the Renewal Date when your subscription will be renewed and your account charged."
Is it the company's policy to follow through on this commitment?
