Refund

Hi!
I keep receiving automatic responses on email and I’m not sure how to get into contact with a real person. I’m really panicking over this.
I just had an automatic payment to musescore for the Pro Account and I can’t afford it. I’m a university student and I can’t work because of covid, so I’m already struggling to save up for rent. I meant to cancel the subscription after my free trial, but it completely slipped my mind. I really cannot afford this. I just canceled the subscription.I really need a refund on this, I’m desperate.

Unfortunately you are asking on the wrong website. This is musescore.org which only handles the free notation software for desktop (Windows, MacOS and Linux). Nobody pays for anything here: the software is free.

You should ask on musescore.com which is the score-sharing website: they manage the Pro subscription, which is probably what you forgot to cancel? Try appealing to support@musescore.com for a start.
