MuseScore App score delays bug

This issue has been ongoing for a while now. However it usually got resolved within a single update. As of now, the issue started nearly a month ago where when I play any score on the iOS app, the app slows down at the start of each bar. Currently since the issue has begun, the app has had about 4-6 updates and the issue is still present. I am very annoyed of how MuseScore cares more about fancier user interfaces rather than fixing the app entirely. Keep in mind this bug does not only ruin the visual but the audio itself sounds extremely delayed and is very noticeable. I have tested this on multiple devices, however on the iPad it was working fine but on iPhones it was the same result. I have tried factory resetting the devices, reinstalling the app, logging in and out. Nothing has worked. I have even force restarted the devices which should initially fix anything within the device itself, but that is not the case.
