Would be easier if this adjustmentes could be done automaticly or in an easier way

Note that this isn't really standard - in published music, most editors simply allow the hairpins to overlap. In general, we try to make the standard things easy, but non-standard ones do indeed take a small workaround. In this case, a small opaque white graphic with stacking order 1200 that you add to a custom palette will do the trick pretty easily.

Use the image capture tool on the main toolbar - or your favorite screenshot tool - to grab an image of the white paper, or otherwise create a white graphic in your favorite drawing program. Then paste that onto the barline and move it into position, then use the Inspector to set the stacking order. Again, once you've done this once, add it your palette, then you can reuse it as often as you like and takes just seconds.
