I've noticed a recurring issue that hasn't been fixed for any of the newest versions of MuseScore. Arpeggios and Grace Notes are meant to precede the note they are attached to. This isn't the case though. The arpeggios start AT THE TIME THE HOST NOTE SHOULD AND CUT INTO IT MAKING IT SHORTER. This makes the score sound absolutely awful. There's only a few instances where this can sound good (like in the Russian Anthem but it's Ragtime score). PLEASE FIX THIS NUISANCE SO I DON'T HAVE TO MANUALLY CORRECT THE MIDI FILE FOR HOURS!!!

This is not a bug - grace notes on the beat was the standard practice throughout most of musical history. This began to change only within the past century or so. But indeed, an option to switch between the traditional and modern styles would be bice. See #13811: Select playback method of Grace Notes, Arpeggio & Glissando and Articulations & Ornaments
