How to open Sibelius files in MuseScore
I use Sibelius First. I have downloaded the plug-in recommended by Musescore, but when I try and export from Sibelius, I only have the option of exporting as a Scorch web page. In the answer to this question, the information says with the recommended plug-in, all Sibelius files from 1 onwards will work, but the plug-in only actually lists it from 2.1. Does this mean I can't use the plug-in? Is there another way of transferring a Sibelius First score?

What plugin, what exactly are you referring to?
Whatever: one way or the other, you'd need to export to MusicXML
Indeed, one way or another, you need to get Sibelius to export a MusicXML file, but if you're having trouble with that, better to ask on a Sibelius support forum.
Ah, I guess you mean the Dolet plugin? That's not from MuseScore though, and help for it is unlikely to be found here
