add Page View selection to the View menu in the Menu Bar

I think there needs to be an option to change the page view in the View menu. AFAIK the only ways to do so currently are the File Operations toolbar and a keyboard shortcut.

Personally, I don't use the File Operations toolbar because it takes up space and all of those operations can be found in the File menu or with a keyboard shortcut. So whenever I go to change the page view I spend several minutes searching the View menu, then the Preferences and the Page Settings until I finally have to look it up on Musescore.org or remember that the File operations toolbar and the shortcut are things that exist. Don't know if others have a similar issue, but I at least think it doesn't make much sense that Page View is not an option in the View Menu of all places.

It didn't make sense when it originally implemented, because it was actually an editing operation - it modified the score, added an entry to the undo stack, etc. And View mode commands aren't allowed (by general UI design guidelines) to do that. But a few years ago the command was reimplemented in a way that does not modify the score in the same way, so in theory it could be in the view menu - assuming such a menu if still in the cards for MuseScore 4 (it's a pretty radically different UI). I'd encourage you to try a nightly build from master to see if you still feel this is needed there.
