I do not know if it's a bug or a misshandling at my site.
MuseScore Vers. 3.6.2 Rev. 3224f34 API Level 302
Attached is a file White Face.mscz
It contains three instruments
1 V Violin Sheet music
2 M Mandolin Tab
3 G Acustic Guitar Tab
If I make only Violin visible, it renders as I like it.
If I make Violin and Mandolin visible I get a ugly break between 1st and 2nd ending.
If I make make both Mandolin and Acustic Guitar visible and Violin not visible it renders as I like it.
If I remove all manually set line breaks it gets real nasty the lines above ending 1 and 2
disapeare
I am at my wits end of how to solve this
PS I do not understand the meaning of frequency and regression

You're all but one, so frequency is once.
It (most probably) is not an issue introduced recently, so Regression is no.
Select measures 1 to 5, press {
At the default stretch, page size and space settings, those 5 mesasures just don't fit a single system
(and it is not the UI that is the culprit here)

{ did it. Although it does not explain it why it was only occouring when the tabs was set visible.

Most probably a very minimal thing causing it to flow over into the next system
