QML FILE NOT MOVING TO 'PLUGILNS' FOLDER
I'm trying to download the 24 TET plugin, and it is my first time downloading a plugin. When I try move the QML file to the correct folder, the file simply does not appear in the plugins folder. Are there any solutions, or workarounds that i could use?

Use Edit -> Preferences... and on the 'General' tab look in the 'Folders' area for the 'Plugins' location. Be sure to place the plugin therein.
Also, I see a 19TET tuning:

It isn't clear how you are trying to move the file, but presumably you aren't doing it with MuseScore, since MuseScore doesn't really provide that facility. Are you on Windows? You'd normally use File Explorer for this. If you are having trouble moving files with that program, best to ask for help on a general Windows support forum, as that's not really anything MuseScore has any control over. Or, if you're on macOS, it's Finder you want.
