Changing sounds of parts
I have no idea how to change the sounds of different parts. I have a SATB score and they are all 'ahh' choir sounds at the moment and I want to make them all sound like a grand piano. I have tried going to mixer and changing the sound there but it does not seem to make any difference! I just need the parts to sound like a piano without actually changing them to a piano, if that makes sense. Thank you :)

You can't change the sound in the parts without changing them in the main score too.
And for "Choir Ahhs Expr." vs "Grand Piano" there's an additional problem; the latter doesn't support single note dynamics.

The mixer would be the correct place for this though.
