Rehgearsal marks are a good choice indeed, as they can be automatically resquenced as needed via the Tools menu. But also, depending on the specific layout you want, you might consider adding horizontal frames in front of the relevant systems, then adding text to those. Or using text frames between the systems. Lots of possibilities.
