played music plays false notes
When playing the properly edited notes , the tones are false. The first line sounds OK. The next are distorted, false notes (ca. by a second, lower or higher).

One thing that can happen is that you can accidently click a note twice. If you then drag it to a new location, the note moves but the playback pitch does not. Double click puts the note in edit mode. You can check this by selecting the note in question an looking in the lower left of your screen. It will tell you the pitch of what you have selected.
If it's not what bobjp said (easily checked by selecting those notes and pressing Ctrl+R (Cmd-R on Mac) which will reset their locations) and you wish more support then you'll have to attach the score (the mscz file) here for inspection and tell us where to look.
