Any file uploaded by MuseScore 4.51 will crash the latest iPad app.
I create scores with MuseScore studio, currently 4.5.1.2508008456 on Windows 11.
Any file I upload with "To the Cloud (free)", will play find from musescore.com on the web in a desktop browser.
However, on iPad, with the latest MuseScore app, the app will crash when I load any of these files.
The app does not crash when I play songs that are generally published on MuseScore. It plays them fine, though I'm sure that if some of them were published with MuseScore 4.5 they would crash too.
Here, I upload my diagnosis file and also a simple score with just a few notes in it called "Watch ipad crash.mscz"
Some links to songs I have posted that crash the ipad:

I have tried with two ipads, each with updated iOS versions.

By crashing, I mean that if I click on the file from my scores, the app will say loading, then it will vanish from the screen without an error message. Again, the app is able to play many songs already uploaded by other users.

I still have MuseScore 4.4 on my Mac. Files I post from 4.4 do not crash the ipad app.
Also, MuseScore 4.4 cannot open MuseScore 4.5 files. It doesn't crash, it just says that it is from a newer version of MuseScore.
That means that every collaborator has to update MuseScore simultaneously in order to contine to collaborate. We have to stay updated, but since the iPad version trails, nobody can rely on the iPad app at all.
The mobile apps are not supported here on musescore.org, but exclusively over on musescore.com

many users have posted there. But this is really caused by the musescore.org team which seems to lack any strategy for file format reverse compatibility.
Do you really change the file format at every point release so that files written out by the latest version can't be opened until every collaborator updates to the exact same version?
It seems there is little that the iOS team could do about this, if MuseScore Studio also loses file compatibility continuously.

That's the current MuseScore Studio developers' modus operandi, no way to change that. Still it is the mobile app developers that need to keep the pace, only they can fix it.
I have the same problem....
But I found a work-around: export your document as a .mxl from the current 4.5.1 version. Then use an old version of Musescore to import it then save as a normal .mscz file. (I had a version 4.2.1 on a backup) Then I uploaded the file to Musescore.com and that worked fine with the current IOS Musescore app V2.13.61.
