Master Score pdf print view issues

Hi,
I created a score for 17 instruments with each instrument having at least 2 parts in instances. I am not however able to see all the parts on the master score pdf after I export the score as a pdf. How do I fix this? I have been trying the page settings in the format menu but it still comes out faulty even though it looks fixed when in MuseScore.
