1) just import the MIDI file
2) listen to the 18th-19th measures, and it should be apparent something is off.

This on it's own wouldn't be a huge problem, just a simple copy-paste, but the real issue is that it tries to resolve the delay around measure 28. This means at least an 1/8 note is being completely lost somewhere. The delay also starts at a slightly different part for each instrument.

The MIDI is fine, listen to it yourself; just through whatever program you might have to run MIDIs; it just sounds odd because there are so many synths.

I've tried redownloading the MIDI, Renaming it, and pretty much everything I can think of. It is only this particular MIDI.

If there is any way for you to fix this, that would be great.

Without knowing your score, it's not really "obvious" that anything is off. Can you point to a specific note that you believe to be in the wrong time position? Then we can compare the time position in MuseScore against the time position actually recorded in the MIDI file to see if there is a discrepancy.
