Alter accidental type in chord changes.
I believe I saw something about how to do this some time ago, but I cannot find it.
My case: A piece in G# minor.
The notation is no problem for me, but is there a way to change all the # chord changes (ex: G#s to Abs, C#s to Dbs, ect.)?

Not directly, but you can transpose the entire score (including chord symbols) to Ab minor via Tools / Transpose, then transpose the notes without chord symbols back to tG# minor. Should work. Although I have to say, as a pianist, I'd very much not like to see a score in which the notes are spelling G# minor but the chord symbol says Ab minor. I don't love the idea of D#7 as my V chord either, though, so it's a bit of a no win really.

Well, in my charts the changes are only for blowing. Have you put changes in G# minor in front of a trumpet player? :)
