Is there a standard way to indicate tuning pitch?
The subject says it all. I know I can use system text to stamp A=442Hz on the score and the parts but is there a standard notation for tuning pitch?
I have not seen it before on sheet music.

If it is a system text, it'd be on the parts automagically too.
