credit card declining charge

• Oct 9, 2021 - 14:21

I tried to pay for the PRO version today with my credit card. Could not.
Then I got a call from the credit card company asking if I had tried to make a charge to:
"A computer software store"

Is this you??

No such thing as a Pro account here on musescore.org (and no such thing as a Pro version of MuseScore at all)
But yes, it got to have been musescore.com, the score sharing website

I am not sure what your answer is saying. I do not understand your reply.
I understand that there are .org and .com sites.
I was told by the email from
" support@musescore.zendesk.com "
"If you are unable to find a solution to your issue within the Handbook or Forums, please post this issue in the Support & Bug Report topic."
This is the only "Support & Bug Report" I can find on either site.
If there is some way of getting a message to the .com website (their response was to an email i sent them),
in other words, if there is a "support & bug report" place on the .com website, could you kindly send me a link?

I need to find out if this was musescore trying to charge my card, or if my credit card number has been stolen(!).
thanks so much for your help,
Lisa k

Issue with the Pro account are not deatls wiht here on musescore.org at all. Regardless what "support@musescore.zendesk.com" claims! This "Support & Bug Reports" form is about the MuseScore Editor, and that only.
"support@musescore.com" (not sure where that "zendesk" comes from) is the address to ask this or on the musescore.com website.

Again: there is no Pro account here on musescore.org, nor a Pro version of the MuseScore Editor (for Windows, Mac, Linux), this website here and that Editor is completly free of charge. Here on musescore.org nobody is charging you for anything, nor do the accountants of musescore.com read and provide any help.
