I have the PRO subscription but can't download a score

I'm trying to download this score https://musescore.com/official_scores/scores/6940762 but receive a buy popup (see the attachment)

I couldn't find a simple way to verify my subscription status, so I opened the Upgrade subscription page and it shows that I'm on PRO already (see the attachment).

So what's going on? What is SPECIAL about this particular score that it wants money, like PRO is not enough anymore?

It happened to me the same and They can´t give me an answer. I´m still waiting. i paid for a trumpet method . it said i could download it . They charged me even that i have a pro license and they still tell me that i can´t download the method and they can give me a refund.... so why did they charge me for it ?

Same problem to me. People donot understand the frustration and always said this is not the place. But unfortunately there is not any other place.

FYI. Rare but I discovered I can use the PRO membership normally in my Labtop but NOT in my PC. Still I donot know why. I aldo realised that in my PC ( I do nto knwo why as well ) I can not SING IN Museccore Studio ( and this issue is definetely in the right place ) so I am thiking that both issues are connected ( but I do not know either the reason or how to solve ). Somebody explained this is a known problem and the next version 4.3 will solve it.
So my hope is that the new version 4.4.3 will sove everything.
