Cannot update score metadata - [SAVE] is disabled

I cannot update from either the Musescore program upload or via the website. The [SAVE] button is always disabled.

No errors reported. I've tried updating the score file from the website but that makes no difference.

I've gone into previously uploaded scores and am not finding this issue.
