Missing notes/counts
I am very new to this software.
My first bar is missing counts. How do I make it have 4 counts to the bar. Some have 3, some have 2.5 and the rest have 4. what have I done wrong?

To check what the actual measure (bar) duration is (when it doesn't reflect the time signature), see:
https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/measure-operations#duration
When entering notes into a score make sure you are in Step-time mode:
https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/note-input#basic-note-entry
and:

If this score came from a PDF import, it's pretty common - the AI that does that conversion is about as reliable at recognizing music as you might the earliest beta versions of Siri being at recognizing speech. Some words right, many wrong. The link above can help in attempting to fix the errors, but realistically, it's usually easier to just enter the music normally yourself rather than relying on the AI.
If it's not from PDF import, then probably you removed beats with Ctrl+Delete. Don't do that unless that is the goal. But the links above will also show how to add them back.
If you continue to have trouble, please attach the score with the problem and explain more about how you created it.
