Sure it can.
Make sure you set the desired page size and margins, also set a decent scaling value so the score remains readable: Page Settings.
Being a Pro member of the online score sharing platform musescore.com has no effect at all on the entirely free notation software available on this site (musescore.org)
Yes, you set the page and staff size however you like, via Format / Page Settings.
FWIW, whether or not you have a subscription to a website (e.g., musescore.com) has no bearing on how the software itself works. All software features are always free and available to all.
