Change a Forum title?
One suggestion: perhaps the forum title could be renamed from "Support & bug reports" to "Desktop Program Support & bug reports" to lower the inquiries about musescore.com and the mobile app!?

"Desktop Program Help" But I wouldn't get my hopes up.
Do you still believe in users to act reasonable?
;-)
Oh, I can get help with my desktop here? But where do I go for help with MuseScore? :-)
No, I don't see this changing anything. As long as both the website and the software re called MuseScore, and "musescore" appears in the URL, confusion will exist. And if the score-sharing website ever changes its name (not out of the question, it might help with the confusion over where to go for questions about that website, but it will greatly exacerbate confusion over what that website is even there for. There are no easy solutions.
@Pentatonus... your idea has merit.
I would cut to the chase... ;-)
..and link directly to dotcom.

+1 This should certainly direct all the refund enquiries to the correct place and stop them from cluttering up the main support forum. I think that your hat is safe.

Brilliant. Simple. Likely won't do any harm. May indeed significantly reduce the number of .com inquiries posted here at .org
