I would like to make a custom tabliature to enable Low G notes of G, A and B to be linked without showing zeros. How to do this?

See the Handbook section on tablature to learn how to customize the string data for a staff. But note - there is already a low G ukulele defined, just use the search box in the instruments dialog to find all ukuleles, not just the ones in the "common instruments" list.

Thank you for the mention of the instrument search! Until I saw your post, it was clear to me that my version of musescore 3 did not have a low G uke instrument - I'm not sure why you should have to search for it, but there you have it.
