slurs over grace notes
I want to slur 4 32nd note grace notes to the note they precede. I tried the line method but it didn't work. suggestions?
Thank you in advance.
I looked at the slurs page in the manual, but didn't find what I needed.

Select the first grace note, then hold down Control (Command on Mac) and select the note you want the slur to end on, then press S to add the slur.

I did just try it again--after many previous attempts. I pasted the measures in question into a new file and tried again--same result--no slur. I've attached the test file. Will re-entering the notes help, do you think?

Just works, click first note, Ctrl+click last note (, release Ctrl and mouse button). press S
If it doesn't try Help > Revert to factory settings

Note you have to do it as described: click first now, ctrl+click last. You can't achieve this particular effect through normal range selection or other means.
