Simple volta not playing back correctly

So in this score I have 2 separate repeat sections, each with a first and second ending. The first of these works fine in playback, but for the second repeat section, on the second time through it plays both the first and second endings even though it should be skipping the first ending and going directly to the second.

I have verified that "Play Repeats" is on, and also that the measure in question (measure 49) has the correct play count. I have also verified that the voltas in question cover the proper measures, and have removed and re-added the voltas multiple times.

I just do not understand why the first set of voltas works fine but the second doesn't. This score was working fine before I edited it recently, and I don't know what went wrong.
