Loud static

I’ve seen the other threads about troubleshooting the issue of the loud static that is played over any sound after musescore is open and after going through every solution provided and trying them I am still unable to get results. Does anyone have any further possible solutions? I’ve tried restarting and reinstalling. As well as adjusting settings in the laptop itself. I have also tried adjusting settings within musescore and still have not found a solution.
