how do I get all my chord symbols to appear at once? where is the plug in? I have created all my chords note wise in the bass clef

yes. and I select all of the inputed chords on my page and press that but nothing happens

Ctrl+K, enter chords symbol, then Tools/Realize...
I think you might be misunderstanding what this command does. Are you expecting some sort of AI algorithm that analyzes the notes you entered and comes up with chord symbols to represent those notes? That's not what this command is. It's quite the opposite - you start by entering chords symbols, it then shows you the notes. It's for cases where the default playback isn't what you want, so you can edit the voicings and rhythms.
