copying notes
I received the email about copy and past. Didn't work. I already tried. The problem was, I tried several times to make the box around the notes come up, but it only worked in the bass clef, which had no notes in it. Thanks for your answer anyway. I put in the notes one by one.

But copy and paste definitely works exactly as described in the handbook - see the link posted above. If after reading the Handbook section you continue to have trouble, please attach your score (either to your previous thread or to this one) and describe precisely - step by step - what you are doing (which notes you are trying to select, how you are trying to select them, etc) and exactly what goes wrong when you try. Then we can understand and assist better.
