Custom Time Signature Text Not Appearing In Front Of Multi-Measure Rests

I am currently working on a piece using a 15/16 time signature. I have this set to appear as 12+3/16. This works in all cases except for when the time signature appears in front of a multi-measure rest in the parts. In this case, the time signature reverts to appearing as 15/16 and cannot be changed by clicking on the time signature properties. Pressing "m" to remove the multi-measure rests causes the correct time signature to appear again. The score contains no multi-measure rests so there are no issues there.

I am on the latest version of Musescore and have attached my score below. I first noticed this issue in measure 38 of the Clarinet 1 part, but it appears in every other case throughout all parts. Please let me know if I can provide any more information.
