How to make an audio file include metronome without seeing #154666

Dear masters,

I want to know how to export to an audio file including the metronome sound without Seeing #154666. I already spend 2 hours reading this thread, in this thread one handed person asked the same question but no one answered.

As mentioned in that thread, the metronme is not exported currently, although it's a requested feature. So instead, simply add a percussion staff and fill it with quarter notes.
