I dont think, there is a palette for lyrics. May be "Lyrics" is part of "Text" palette. Iam not on app at the moment.
About working with lyrics, please look into handbook https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/lyrics
It isn't on any palette.
Indeed, no palette; lyrics are entered by typing, so you aren't limited to just whatever syllables someone decided you might want to add. Press Ctrl+L or use Add / Lyrics to enter lyrics edit mode.
