MuseScore doesn't offer such a soundfont, so I'm guessing you are talking about some other website. You'd have to ask the people who run that site for help with that.
I guess you're clicking on Download >Soundfonts. This has links to external sites and the link you want looks broken. Try this site link, it has several piano soundfonts:

Well, the location is correct, but it should be https rather than http, else some browsers (like Edge) won't do the download (without some extra action). I've corrected that (and quite a few more).
