Unfortunately it doesn't do rhythmic division by pulse, for study, as it is possible to be done in Gvox Encore.

This is possible in MuseScore too, by setting the beam properties of those notes (not needed here, the 16th and the 8th are beamed by default in 4/4 , if not for you, you must have tamped with the bems or the time signature's properties) and rests (and this is the trick here, never done by default but possible, see How to add a beam over a rest):
