Legato passages?
How can I mark a passage (say a dozen bars times four (SATB)) to be played back legato?
I already have “p legato” as dynamic, so the printed score is okay, but adding slurs is out of question for obvious reasons…

The default for voice and for keyboard instruments should already be legato, with or without an explicit indication - both for human musicians and for MuseScore. You can make this more explicit using tenuto markings or slurs, but all that really does is confirm what the player was likely to be doing already. For wind instruments or strings, explicit slurs would be good to tell human musicians to slur as opposed to tongue or bow. But MuseScore does not differentiate this on playback currently - hopefully that will change for MuseScore 4.
