I saved my project and closed it. When I opened it again it was corrupted. I would like to repair this problem.

Not quite the same as #271185: Scores corrupted beyond repair, containing nothing but zeros, but similar and surely beyond repair too, check the size: 496 bytes is too short for a valid score file, it is basically the ZIP header (mscz files are ZIP archives in disguise) but nothing else.
Check for a backup, see How to recover a backup copy of a score
Find out how to reproduce the issue, else there's no change to get it fixed
