re-adding notes or rests
I ended up taking a measure down to one note within that measure, now no matter what I do I cannot find a way to bring that particular measure back to 3 notes and or rests again. (music is in 3/4 time) So if by accident we eliminate all notes or rests in a measure but one what is the procedure to be able to re-add notes or rests again to get it back to my 3 note measure again?

Hit CTRL+Z some times until the measure is at 3/4 again. (undo previous steps)

Of course, this assumes that no other changes have occurred between the deletion of bar parts and the undo.
Either use insert mode or the measure properties to restore the measure actual duration.
