Reduce space between staves

I am trying to figure out how to reduce the spacing between the staves without changing the size of the staves. The attachment (About Ship.mscz) shows what I currently have and the attachment (Example page.pdf) shows the sort of look I want to achieve. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.
