Cannot select MIDI input or output dropdown menus
When I click the MIDI input or output dropdown menus, nothing happens and both remain blank as they were before. I have tried fiddling with other things including the audio driver and MIDI note input settings in case it would change anything, but I am still experiencing this issue. Help is appreciated!

Typically the means your MIDI driver is incompatible - like a 32-bit driver with 64-bit MuseScore - or else, some other application on your system has received exclusive use of the device. So, make sure you have the correct drive, also see if you can turn off the ability for programs to get exclusive access to devices. If you say more about your OS and audio / MIDI system, we can advise better.
