Help Fixing Sound/Playback

When I opened Musecore today all sounds seem to have ceased to work. This has never happened before and I have tried all the steps on the FAQ page.

I am using version 3.6.2.548021803 on Windows 11. I am trying to use the default computer speakers (Realtek(R) Audio), and all the boxes in the I/O tab of Preferences have no text in them.

Any help is much appreciated.

Edit: It may be a computer problem as all sounds seem to be muted, however the playback buttons on Musescore are greyed out, as well as the Synthesiser, Play Panel and Mixer
