Repeat within the bar

I'm transcribing a score from imslp for academic reasons and traying to be as exact as possible. I wonder, is it possible to recreate this siymbol of repetition within the bar? it happens quite often in the score and would contribute a great deal to make it more compact.

The symbol means to repeat what came just before it. They are not stops.
