keyboar shortcuts
I now have the Mac mini computer and a Macally mac keyboard. they say F11 = play panel, F10 = mixer and
F9 = palettes, on my keyboard they only work with with volume control

You likely have a Fn key on your keyboard as well to make those keys work as normal function keys. So try Fn+F10 for mixer for example.
