Repeating key change at beginning of line
When a key change happens in the first measure of a line, it is displayed at the end of the previous line. In some cases, like in the example below, I would like it to be repeated at the beginning of the next line:
I know I could just place a "natural" symbol, but it doesn't come with the right size and I can't find any way to make it bigger. Is there a better way to repeat the key signature on the beginning of the next line?

Add a custom key signature to your palette: https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/key-signatures#custom-key-signatures. Since it's a bit unusual you could consider putting it in parentheses. Also you don't then need the natural in bar 43.

Thanks! Regarding the natural in measure 43, I need it because it is present in the score I am copying, and I am asked to copy it as is. Same reason as for the key signature at the beginning of the line. I have some even stranger things to copy, such as:
I tried to avoid such inconsistencies, but I was asked to put them back! (These are old commercial scores that were once published like that.)
Fair enough - it looks a bit weird though! In your second example are the third and fourth crotchet Ds sharp or natural? When the original score deviates from normal conventions it all gets quite confusing.
