How to find Musescore Preferences, how to connect Musescore score to keyboard via Midi

I've looked all over and can't find the info. I want to play an existing score on the Yamaha P125 via Midi, using either Android or Windows.

Via Android, I can play along with a Midi file on the keyboard. Is this possible from Musescore?

I have seen your detailed explanation of the Musescore Preferences, where Midi can be selected, but for the live of me I can't figure out how to find the preferences. Through my account there doesn't seem to be a link to the preferences.

Your assistance would be appreciated.
