Bug: Drumset Mode "Repeat" and "Tie" Shortcuts Not Working

When in drumset input mode, these two shortcuts are not working properly. In both cases, the lowest note of the chord is moved up to whatever note in the palette is currently selected. Repeating the last note or chord, and extending the last note or chord with a tie should probably not be affected by which note is selected.

I've attached a picture to (hopefully) explain what I'm talking about.

To reproduce:
1. In a drum set staff, input a note or chord
2. Select a different note on the drumset palette
3. Press 'R' or '+' to repeat the last note, or add a tie, respectively
4. The new note or chord will be wrong
